FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can you control pests inside my home if you concentrate on outside areas?

Initially, we eliminate any problems inside your home first, to get rid of any existing pest issues and to seal off avenues of pest infestation. Only then, do we focus our attention outside, where pests live and breed. We concentrate on eradicating access areas where pests can gain entry or where they might find food and water sources. Then we create a barrier of protection so that pests won’t reappear.

By keeping pests outside, we eliminate or reduce the necessity of coming back again and again to service the inside of your home.

What if I still spot a problem inside my home after you’ve serviced the outside?

If you ever spot a problem inside, we’ll come back at no additional charge, and at your convenience, to diagnose and eliminate the problem. We’ll also come back as many times as needed to eliminate the problem.

How will your products affect my pets?

We are pet lovers, too. All of the products that we use in our programs are not harmful to pets as long as you follow our recommendations. Keep in mind that some treatments require time to dry before pets can be allowed back into the treated area. Baker Bug Bombers’ technicians will give you specific information on the product application we will use and how you can keep your pets safe.

Are your products environmentally responsible?

All of the products we use have been approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and have satisfied our own test evaluations.

Do you provide removal services for snakes, raccoons, armadillos and possums?

We do provide services that trap and remove wildlife animals and rodents.

My pet brought in fleas and ticks. Do you treat for this?

Yes, Baker Bug Bombers can provide treatment to eliminate fleas and ticks inside and around your home. We encourage you to call your veterinarian, who will likely place your pet on a veterinary-prescribed treatment. Ask about our complete homeowner checklist to gain a comprehensive understanding on what steps to take.

Do you also treat for bees, wasps and other flying and/or stinging insects?

Yes. Our pest prevention program includes the sweeping of eaves, awnings and other areas where wasps, bees, and other flying and/or stinging insects may build nests, to keep them away from your home. Depending on the degree of the infestation and the situation, we have other programs that we can put in place to eliminate these nests.
